As a thank you for choosing Magicshine for your Sport Lights Needs, we offer Free Shipping on orders over $75 shipped within the contiguous states in America. Make sure to take Free Shipping into account when comparing prices!
- Offer valid on all orders with a subtotal $75 or more, other discounts applied to your order could change your subtotal.
- Offer limited to standard shipping to U.S. addresses in the contiguous U.S.only (Alaska & Hawaii do not apply).
- Offer is limited to stock on hand and back orderable items, is nontransferable and is not redeemable for cash.
- Please Note: In order to protect against fraud, we require online purchases to be ordered and shipped to the same name and address as the billing information. In some cases, you may be asked to.
- provide a copy of the driver’s license and a secondary form of photo ID to verify the Billing Information.
- Some Items may ship separately.
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days, this process may take longer if the shipping address is unverifiable by USPS.
In the event which your order fails to make delivery due to inaccurate, incomplete or un-deliverable addresses, we can not re-ship your order without first receiving the returned package. So please make sure the shipping address is 100% correct when placing your order.
All shipments leaving our warehouse bound for a destination outside of the United States will be carried by FedEx Ground or FedEx International Economy. While we take every measure to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your packages, we have no control over your local customs and fees incurred upon clearance. The customer is responsible for all potential taxes, duties and entry fees and we are unable to reimburse any costs regardless of circumstances. So take care to ensure you are fully aware of all the related fees before placing your order.
In the occasion you may need to return a product please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with “RETURN REQUEST” in the subject line. Please also remember to include your contact information, order number, and reason for return in your email. We will reply as quickly as we can.
After we receive your return request via email, we will try to resolve your problem on the spot or issue you a RMA. In the case you may need to ship your order back to us, please make sure to include a note inside the package with your RMA number written on it and a print out of email conversations with our Magicshine customer service team. Products received in our facility without a RMA or where we can’t trace the owner will be discarded and not eligible for refund or exchanges.
Customers will receive a full refund if their orders have yet to ship or if Magicshine is at fault. Once the item ships, there will be a minimum of 15% restocking fee if Magicshine is NOT at fault. In order to receive a refund, we will have to receive the product back with packaging. Upon receiving the return package, the level of wear and tear, missing accessories and condition of the exterior packaging etc. are all taken into account when calculating the refund credit. In normal circumstances we will go ahead to refund your order minus a 15% restocking fee. In the rare case where we are unable to offer a refund, we will contact you via email.
